UBOSS is a company that was originated in the mind of Anthony X. Hall. Its main focus will be to help young people ranging from ages 12 to 22 to DISCOVER their true passions in life, through various ways and techniques of teaching and modeling. We will also help them DEVELOP the necessary tools and characteristics that have been proven to be effective by countless entrepreneurs and business owners; skills such as communication, sales, leadership, goal setting, execution, hard work, problem solving, team building, teamwork etc.
We realize that some, arguably many in this age group do not know how to sincerely and effectively display confidence, persistence, audacity, courage, faith and a host of other attributes that will ultimately lead to a life of Mental, Physical, Spiritual and Financial FREEDOM!
We are extremely confident based on the research and personal experience that once these invaluable assets are deposited into this targeted group they will more than be able to DELIVER in their respective chosen fields (Based on THEIR Passions) whatever goods, products and services they feel will provide the most value to their end users, while at the same time providing them the financial resources to become and remain independent of having to work for anyone else long-term.
Once this has been established (and it WILL) by our students/BOSSES… They will then be taught and molded into TOP performers in their chosen fields so that they can now DOMINATE in their market places!

UBOSS offers Training-Mentoring-Counseling-Workshops on Selling, Public Speaking, Problem Solving-Field Trips-Internships-Connections to Resources such as Business Leaders, Capital/Funding, Credit Building-Presentation Prep.
Our Company
Our company will be set apart because the Founder & CEO is uniquely qualified to provide therapeutic, mental health and counseling services to the participants of the program. He holds a degree in Sociology and has over 30 years of experience working with youth and young adults from multiple perspectives.
Our Perspectives
Our founder works with youth & young adults from perspectives not limited to that of a child care worker, youth counselor (with extensive hours in alcohol & substance abuse), Foster care placement coordinator, case manager, probation officer, therapeutic behavioral specialist, group therapy and more. This will position our company to service our clients from a holistic based approach, therefore ensuring their growth and development not only as our students, but also as Financially Independent professionals that are Honest, Moral, Kind-Hearted, Compassionate Human Beings.
